Mike Allen, President

An Entrepreneur at Work!

Despite growing up in a family owned business, Mike has spent most of his professional career with Applied Industrial Technologies in various roles including Business Development Manager, Sales Manager, General Manager and Vice-President. He was appointed as the President of Applied Industrial Technologies in Canada on January 1st 2019. He is a dynamic leader with the conviction that we can Achieve Superior Performance as an individual, as an organization and as a supplier, by reflecting back on our accomplishments and consistently challenging the status quo.

Lindsey Rocks, Vice-President  – Human Resources & Environment, Health & Safety

Since graduating from McMaster University in 2006 with degrees in both Commerce and Economics, Lindsey has spent most of her professional career in the HR field. She has worked in progressive HR Leadership roles in multiple industries including Mining, Oil & Gas and Transportation and has spent many years in unique, site based roles in both Northern Alberta and Northern Ontario. Lindsey also holds an MBA from Imperial College, London in the UK which she completed in 2014 and is a member of the CPHR AB. She is passionate about people being our best asset, cultivating relationships and always strives to lead with courage.

Jarrod Jahnke, Vice President Western Canada Distribution

Since graduating from the University of Saskatchewan with a degree in Mechanical Engineering in 2001, Jarrod has followed his passion for problem solving and leadership, spending the majority of his career at Applied Industrial Technologies.  He has held a number of roles, starting right out of university with Applied as a Field Engineer, then progressing through the roles of, TSR, General Manager and Regional Manager, handling territories over this time from Manitoba through British Columbia.  He is a results driven individual that is demanding on himself and his teams to execute for superior performance, and to have fun doing it.

Antoine Attara, Regional Manager – Eastern Canada

Antoine joined Applied Industrial Technologies in September of 2017 as Regional Manager, Québec and the Maritimes. A chemical engineer by trade, Antoine completed an Executive MBA in 2016 from McGill and HEC Montréal universities. Prior to joining Applied, Antoine occupied several roles within the supply chain and procurement fields, notably in the chemical, cosmetic and pharmaceutical industries.

Mike Caporiccio, Regional Manager – Ontario

Mike started his career in the Bearing & Power Transmission Distribution industry in 1996. Covering many different roles with increasing responsibility beginning with Shipping/Receiving, to Customer Service and Sales, Branch Manager, District Manager and ultimately into his current role of Regional Manager for the Ontario region.  Always looking to enhance his skillset, Mike completed the Professional Sales and Sales Management course at University of Toronto in 2013.  Mike is always looking to learn new techniques and coaching his team to ensure successes for all involved especially our valued customers.  Mike truly values Continuous Improvement initiatives leading to Achieving Superior Performance.

Wes Lindemere, Regional Manager, Saskatchewan

Wes began his distribution career path with Industrial Equipment Co. (IECO) in 1999 and then started with Applied in 2002 following our acquisition.  He started in Warehousing and progressed through various sales and management positions in BC, AB and SK including Customer Service Rep, Technical Sales Rep, General Manager, Strategic Account Manager and currently as our Regional Manager of Saskatchewan.

 

Wes values distribution fundamentals while pushing our boundaries and challenging our norms.  He is inspired by our associates and is excited to be a part of our compelling story as we write the next chapter.  The future for Applied looks bright!

Don Craig, Regional Manager – British Columbia

After graduating high school, Don continued his education in the sciences.  However, after starting work in a small hydraulics company that was ultimately acquired by Applied Industrial Technologies / HyPower, he realized his true interests of industrial hydraulics.  Don has spent most of his working life with Applied in increasingly responsible roles starting with Inside then Outside Sales / Account Management and Branch Management.   In 2015, Don was pleased to be given the opportunity to drive both the power transmission and hydraulic business units in the province under his new role of Regional Manager, British Columbia.

Jayson Burton, Director – OEM & Technical Services –  Canada

Jayson started his career as a Heavy Duty/Automotive Technician, before owning and operating his own business for 11 years.  Jayson joined the Applied Industrial Technologies team in 2013 and during this time held various roles including, Branch Manager, General Manager, Regional Manager and was appointed Director of OEM & Technical Services –Western Canada on July 1st 2019. He is driven leader that focusses on building relationships, inspiring vision, as well as creating efficiency to achieve our organizational goals.

Colin Lewis, Director – Strategic Accounts

Colin holds a B.Eng. in Mechanical Engineering from McGill University (2008) and an MBA from York University (2019). He spent 12 years at a top bearing manufacturer, starting as an Account Manager, then taking on additional responsibilities relating to strategic industry segments and customer value management, before becoming Regional Manager in 2017. Passionate about growing business, Colin has worked directly with major clients in heavy industries such as pulp and paper, mining, and steel, and has led sales teams in Ontario, Western Canada, and Québec. Colin joined Applied Industrial Technologies in December 2020.

Keven Pomerleau, Supply Chain Manager – Asset Management & Logistics

After graduating from the Cegep Garneau in Supply Chain, Keven joins Applied Industrial Technologies in 2010 and during this time held various roles including, purchasing and warehouse manager for Pro-Hydraulique. He spends the last 5 years leading our Distribution Center activities in Quebec City, as well as several inventory improvement initiatives across the country. He was appointed Supply Chain Manager – Inventory and Logistics on January 1, 2021.
