Applied Canada’s commitment to Achieving Superior Performance as corporate citizenship is a fundamental part of creating sustained value for our communities, our Company and our shareholders. Through associate volunteering and company grants to charities, educational institutions, youth programs and many other initiatives, we will contribute to the well-being of individuals and communities and make a tangible difference in the places where we work.
Launched in 2020/2021, our Applied Cares Program is designed to support our associates and our communities in many ways. We are an organization that helps other people achieve superior performance in whatever way that means. The program is designed to amplify employee contributions to communities through both volunteering, community initiative funding and donations – read on for more details!
