Applied Canada’s commitment to Achieving Superior Performance as corporate citizenship is a fundamental part of creating sustained value for our communities, our Company and our shareholders. Through associate volunteering and company grants to charities, educational institutions, youth programs and many other initiatives, we will contribute to the well-being of individuals and communities and make a tangible difference in the places where we work.

Launched in 2020/2021, our Applied Cares Program is designed to support our associates and our communities in many ways. We are an organization that helps other people achieve superior performance in whatever way that means. The program is designed to amplify employee contributions to communities through both volunteering, community initiative funding and donations – read on for more details!

December Month of Giving Campaign

December Month of Giving Campaign

Giving back to the communities we work and live in is important to all of us at Applied Industrial Technologies, Canada! We are so pleased to highlight our annual ‘December Month of Giving’, which kicks off every December 1st. Each year we partner with various food banks across Canada to support this initiative by collecting food items to be donated over the month of December and Applied will match $2 per food item/dollar donated by our associates, customers, vendors and others!

In 2020 we successfully raised 6000 food items and Applied Canada donated $12,000 to food banks across Canada – in Laval, Toronto, Hamilton, Saskatoon, Delta, Nisku/Edmonton and Calgary. This year, we have expanded this initiative to 16 geographical locations across Canada:
