Applied Canada’s commitment to Achieving Superior Performance as a corporate citizenship is a fundamental part of creating sustained value for our communities, our Company and our shareholders. Through associate volunteering and company grants to charities, educational institutions, youth programs and many other initiatives, we will contribute to the well-being of individuals and communities and make a tangible difference in the places where we work.

Launching in the fall of 2020, the ‘Applied Cares Program’ is all about giving back to the communities we work and live in and supporting causes that are important to our associates. About achieving excellence not only in the work we do for Applied but also in other initiatives important to the community. We want to use the strengths and capabilities of our associates to foster sustainable community partnerships. We are an organization that helps other people achieve superior performance in whatever way that means. The program amplifies employee contributions to communities throughout both volunteering, community initiative funding and donations. Stay tuned for more information coming soon!

It is in the context of the UNITED WAY RBC CHALLENGE that ended last October 7th that we had the pleasure of supporting the participation of one of ours, Alexandre Gagné and his team.

Several employees from Applied Industrial Technologies generously contributed and management acknowledged this initiative by injecting the equivalent of the total donation made by our personnel.

This great collective challenge, that took place everywhere in the province of Quebec, brought together fans of walking, running and cycling.

Thank you all for Applied personnel generosity.
